Why don't I just use a free website creator or do it yourself website creator?
You can use a do-it-yourself method but those methods usually come with a lot of frustration and limitations. For example, let's say you use an application like wix to design your website, you will be limited on how much you can customize the look and feel of your website. I have used a lot of DIY web apps over the years and I have learned from experience that it's best to hire a company that is a one-stop-shop to help you. Although wix will allow you to design and host your website on their web servers, you will get stuck when it comes to further customizing your design and more importantly, the integrations. Having a successful online presence is not only about the design - you have to automations in place to collect email addresses from your leads, follow up with them automatically to build trust, send them promotions to encourage them to buy or book with you, have control over your payment processing, etc. Wix may help you with the design but everything else you will be searching how to connect the dots.

Why do you charge for consultation calls?
If you purchase the web design package, the onboarding call is included with that service. However, if you have not made a purchase, we charge for consultation calls to protect our time and energy. We only want to work with serious individuals who are ready to take their brand to the next level. The fee that is charged for the consultation gets applied as a payment if you decide to purchase a package from us. For example, if the fee is $99 for a 45-minute consultation, and then you decide to purchase a package, we will subtract $99 from the amount due for your package.
Once you are done with the design, does that mean my website will be live on the web?
No, there are several phases to making a website live on the web. Making a website live on the web is referred to as website development. Design and development are totally different. Usually, you have to hire a designer to create the graphics and then a developer to code the website and publish. This package is for design only. We have a team of developers that will publish your website for you. That fee is an extra $149. We can also host your website with us for $19/month. We are a one-stop shop for all your design and development needs.
